PURPOSE OF THE COMPANY
Our project aims to promote
development distributed generation and promotion of the concept
prosumerism in Ukraine.
We strive to bring electricity
production closer together with consumers, combining the efforts of our teams
and partners.
Our goal is to create sustainable and effective
power system through the construction of local power plants to ensure
electricity supply consumers to which they are connected.

Vitaly Denysenko
Executive Director

Education:

Academy of State Tax Service of Ukraine. Specialization: Jurisprudence.
Over 20 years of legal practice. Attorney practice since 2010.

Professional Achievements:

Vitaliy has experience in both the public and private sectors of the economy, as well as in local government bodies.
Worked at the State Property Fund of Ukraine, held senior positions in the Department of Planning and Monitoring of Financial and Economic Activities, and in the Bankruptcy Department. This included ensuring state management of enterprises across various sectors of the economy, including those in the energy sector.
Gained experience in the Legal Department of the Kyiv City Council.
Facilitated the construction and commissioning of the infrastructure for the “STOLYCHNY” Wholesale Agricultural Market in the Kyiv region, as part of the state program for creating wholesale agricultural markets.
As the head of the legal department at Helios Engineering LLC (Kyiv) and Helios Investment Group LLC (Kyiv), he supported the implementation of investment and construction projects within the investment portfolio of Nadra Bank.
For over 10 years, he has supported various investment projects within the Stolitsa Group, which engages in investment and construction activities in the commercial and residential real estate sectors.
Has experience in public and political activities with the Ukrainian National Union of Young Lawyers NGO and local government bodies in Ukraine.

Visir Oleksandr
Chief Legal Officer

Education: Master’s degree in International Law. Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Has been practicing law since 2009. Oleksandr has over 14 years of legal practice and 8 years of experience in the energy sector.

Professional experience: Oleksandr has experience in both public and private sectors. From 2021 to 2022, he worked at SE NNEGC Energoatom and the Ministry of Energy, where he was responsible for the corporatization of SE NNEGC Energoatom and the unbundling of state-owned DSOs. In 2020-2021, he was the head of the Smart Grids of Ukraine NGO and participated in the development of a methodology for incentive tariff setting for electricity distribution system operators. In 2016-2019, he held the position of Director of the Department for Management of State-Owned Enterprises and Corporate Rights of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, where he managed state-owned shares, including energy companies. From 2009 to 2016, he worked on various real estate and corporate governance projects at Stolitsa Group, Sayenko Kharenko Law Firm and RHG hotel chain.

Oleksandr participated in the development and legal support of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Restoration and Green Transformation of the Energy System of Ukraine” No. 3220 dated 30.06.2023. The provisions of this law are actively used in the model offered by URG LLC.

Alyona Visir
Director

Education: Master’s degree in law. National University “Odesa Law Academy”. Aliona has over 8 years of experience as a lawyer and has been licensed to practice law since 2019.

Professional experience: to gain diverse experience and skills, Aliona worked in the private sector and in local government. Since 2023, she has been working as a lawyer in the financial market. From 2017 to 2023, she worked as a lawyer in an investment company, construction industry and practiced law. In 2016, she was the chief specialist of the Department of Representation of the Kyiv City Council in Courts and successfully represented the Kyiv City Council in courts of various instances. Since 2015, she has been engaged in corporate activities and provided services to distribution companies.
